Our Diversity & Inclusion Statement

Our goal is to be a place where anyone is welcomed and supported on their journey towards hope, healing, and wholeness. We know our commitment to diversity and inclusion is central to being able to achieve this vision of welcoming everyone. We work hard to foster a culture where love and care for others is authentic and automatic. We understand that unique perspectives generate better ideas and improve our ability to help the people we serve. We realize that welcoming everyone is a lofty goal because of the polarizing differences in our culture, but this is part of what makes it a goal worth striving for. We believe in creating a safe space for all communities and people, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious beliefs, disability, or socioeconomic status.
